Ms. Rule earned her BA at U.C. Berkeley in Political Economy of Industrial Societies (1988), with an emphasis in International Economics. She worked in the Finance industry and as an Investment Analyst for close to10 years. After having children and moving to Las Vegas to support her husband’s career, she received her MS in Educational Psychology (2005) from UNLV. In addition to raising an enthusiastic teenage boy and his passionate younger sister, Ms. Rule serves as treasurer on her children’s school parent board and volunteers regularly at their school. As a writer, Ms. Rule has published academically and is working on two books for children/young adults.
